INDEPENDENT THINKING. PRACTICAL RESULTS.

Practical AI.
Useful software.

We help businesses automate manual work, make better use of their data, and build software around the way they operate. Somerset-based, working across the UK.

A free introductory conversation about your business. Any paid investigation is agreed separately.

THE RIGHT TOOL.
NOT JUST THE NEWEST ONE.

01 / FROM POSSIBILITY TO PRACTICAL

Less busywork.
More doing.

Not another tool to figure out.
Useful connections between the information you have and the work you need to do.

02 / BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Start with the problem.
Build the right thing.

Sometimes that’s AI. Sometimes it’s a better dashboard or a simple automation. The useful outcome comes first.

Connect the dots.

Bring your data, documents and existing systems together. Give your team answers they can trace back to the source.

Make work flow.

Take the repetition out of everyday processes. Connect the tools you already use, with a person in control where it matters.

Build what’s missing.

When off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit, build around your workflow—not the other way round. AI-powered only when it earns its place.

ALREADY WORKING WITH AI?

From “it works”
to it works in practice.

A promising prototype is a good start. Making it dependable is a different kind of work.

Let’s talk about your system
01

Know where it breaks.

Representative evaluations, retrieval quality and useful measures of performance.

02

Build in the guardrails.

Data access, failure handling and human approval for consequential actions.

03

Make it operable.

Monitoring, cost controls, documented handover and readiness criteria agreed for your project.

03 / A CLEAR PATH FORWARD

Small enough to listen.
Technical enough to deliver.

No compulsory transformation programme. Just the right amount of discovery, followed by useful work.

01

Talk it through.

A free introductory conversation about what’s getting in the way, what you already have and what better would look like.

02

Make a clear plan.

Agree the scope and what success means. Where workflow mapping or technical investigation is needed, we agree paid discovery separately. If the problem is already understood, we can start with a small build.

03

Build. Hand over. Support.

Deliver working software, help your team use it and document how it works. Stay involved through optional monthly maintenance.

Support that’s clearly defined.

Individually quoted monthly plans with agreed hours for fixes and minor improvements. Extra hours are approved first; larger features are scoped separately.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we talk.

Do we need to know what we want to build?

No. A real problem is a useful starting point. The introductory call helps establish whether a small build, paid discovery or a different approach makes sense.

Does every solution need AI?

No. If conventional software or automation solves the problem more cost-effectively, that’s what we’ll recommend. AI can help build software without being part of the finished product.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Integration is a core part of the offer. We first check the available interfaces, data quality and permissions, then agree what can realistically connect. We won’t promise an integration before understanding those constraints.

What happens to our business data?

Access, model providers and data handling are agreed for each engagement. Self-hosted models are an option when requirements justify them, not an automatic promise. Please don’t include sensitive business information in the enquiry form.

What does ongoing support include?

Optional monthly maintenance includes an agreed number of hours for fixes and minor improvements. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month. Extra hours require approval before billing. Larger features are scoped separately, with business-hours response targets agreed in your contract—not guaranteed resolution times or 24/7 coverage.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. Local meetings in Somerset and the South West can be arranged, alongside remote delivery for businesses across the UK.
